Injector Installation Guide
Step 1: Clean
Clean the injector hole in the engine. Make sure there is no dirt or old carbon inside.
Step 2: Change Seals
Put a new copper washer on the bottom tip.
Put new rubber O-rings on the body and put a little clean engine oil on them
Step 3: Put it In
Push the injector straight down into the hole gently by hand. Do not use a hamer.
Step 4: Tighten the Bolt
Put the clamp and bolt on.
Tighten the bolt with a torque wrench to the standard engine settings.
Step 5: Adjust Rocker Arm
Adjust the injector rocker arm screw according to the manual so the timing is correce.
Step 6: Plug In
Plug the electrical wire connector into the injector until it clicks
Step 7: Pump Fuel
Put the engine cover back on. Use the manual fuel pump to bleed out the air before starting the engine.
