Clean the injector hole in the engine. Make sure there is no dirt or old carbon inside.
Put a new copper washer on the bottom tip.
Put new rubber O-rings on the body and put a little clean engine oil on them.
Push the injector straight down into the hole gently by hand. Do not use a hammer.
Put the clamp and bolt on.
Tighten the bolt with a torque wrench to the standard engine settings.
Adjust the injector rocker arm screw according to the manual so the timing is correct.
Plug the electrical wire connector into the injector until it clicks.
Put the engine cover back on. Use the manual fuel pump to bleed out the air before starting the engine.
