Installation Instructions
Ensure the engine is completely cool and the vehicle is securely parked before beginning.
Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent electrical hazards.
Clean the surrounding area thoroughly to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the fuel system.
Carefully remove the old unit and check for any signs of fuel system contamination.
Lubricate the O-rings and seals with clean fuel before installing the new pump.
Install the new fuel pump and torque all bolts to the manufacturer specified specifications.
Reconnect the fuel lines and electrical connectors, ensuring all clips are locked in place.
Reconnect the battery, prime the fuel system according to standard procedures, and check for leaks.
