Quick Installation Guide
⚠️ Critical Rule: Absolute Cleanliness
Microscopic dirt will instantly destroy common rail systems. Thoroughly clean the surrounding engine area and flush all fuel lines before installing the new unit. Always replace the fuel filter.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. System Prep & Removal

Disconnect the battery.

Clean all fuel lines, then disconnect and cap them immediately to prevent dirt ingress.

Remove the old unit. Inspect the fuel system for metal shavings. (If found, flush the entire tank and lines).
2. Component Installation

Lubricate new O-rings/seals with clean engine oil. Never reuse old gaskets or copper washers.

Mount the new unit and torque all bolts evenly to factory specifications.

Reconnect fuel lines and plug in electrical connectors securely.
3. Priming & First Start

Do not dry-start. Prime the fuel system using the hand pump to bleed out all air bubbles.

For Injectors: Program the new QR/IMA calibration codes into the ECU using a diagnostic scanner.

Start the engine, let it idle, and check thoroughly for any leaks.
