A: This is a common rail solenoid injector and requires programming (coding) to your engine's ECU (Engine Control Unit) after installation. You must input the unique correction code printed on the injector head into your diagnostic scanner to ensure correct fuel delivery, smooth idling, and to avoid engine damage.
Q: What should I do before installing the new injector?
A: We highly recommend flushing the entire fuel system and replacing the fuel filter. If your old injector failed due to contaminated fuel or metal shavings from a failing high-pressure pump, installing a new injector without cleaning the system will ruin the new unit immediately.

A: Yes, each injector comes equipped with a brand-new copper sealing washer and a protective plastic tip cap. (We recommend using a new injector hold-down bolt during installation, as they are stretch bolts designed for single-use only).
Q: What is your warranty policy? A: We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover failures caused by fuel contamination, incorrect coding, or improper installation.
