⚠️ Core Warnings

Cleanliness: Clean the entire engine bay before installation. Even tiny dust particles can destroy the fuel system.

No Dry Running: Never start the engine without priming. Running the pump dry will ruin it instantly.

Pressure Hazard: Never loosen fuel lines while the engine is running.
🛠️ Step-by-Step Installation

Preparation: Disconnect the battery. Clean all dirt around the old pump.

Removal: Disconnect electrical plugs and fuel lines. Cap all open ports immediately to prevent contamination. Remove the old pump.

Alignment: Check the engine timing marks. Align the pump shaft/gear according to OEM manual specs.

Mounting: Replace the O-ring (lubricate with clean engine oil). Install the new pump and torque bolts to manufacturer specs.

Connection: Reconnect fuel lines. Always use a brand-new high-pressure fuel pipe to prevent leaks. Re-plug electrical connectors.

Priming: Use the vehicle's hand primer pump to bleed all air from the fuel lines before starting.

ECU Reset: Connect a diagnostic tool to clear old error codes and reset the "Pump/SCV Learning Value" in the ECU. Start and check for leaks.
