Installation Steps

Set Timing (TDC): Rotate the engine to Top Dead Center (TDC) on Cylinder 1. Lock the engine timing gear train.

Prep the Pump: Lubricate the new mounting flange O-ring with clean engine oil.

Align & Insert: Align the timing marks on the pump drive gear with the engine idler gear. Slide the pump smoothly into the housing.

Torque Fasteners: Tighten the mounting bolts evenly in a crisscross pattern. Torque the drive gear nut to factory specs.

Connect Lines & Wiring: Reconnect all high/low-pressure fuel lines and plug in the Suction Control Valve (SCV) wiring harness.

Prime the System: Use the manual hand primer on the fuel filter base until it becomes stiff. Do not crank the engine dry.
